How do I know if my order went through? At the end of each order the Wiz creates a receipt for you. He suggests you print it out and keep it with your important papers.
What is a RUSH ORDER? Orders needing to be delivered either today or tomorrow receive top priority and are delivered exactly as instructed by you. There is an additional $5.95 charge for this Rush Order.
Do I have to send the Eventagram to the recipient? Many purchasers choose to sent the Eventagram to themselves, print it out and hand deliver it. The majority have The Wiz send it direct to the receipients e-mail address. With eventagram.com the choice is always yours!
Can I change the Order once it has been placed? If it difficult to change an order once it has been placed. If you need delivery to another e-mail address, wait until you receive your Reminder Notice. It has a copy of the Eventagram. You can forward it to any e-mail address.
Do I have to send the eventagram on the day of the occasion? Absolutely not! You can send an Eventagram any time you wish to any address you wish!
If I buy more than one, how long do I have to use them? All Eventagrams purchased are yours to use when you see fit. You can issue them one at a time or plan out your gift giving in a single sitting. Eventagrams strengthen you relationships!

How do I know if they received their Eventagram? You are receive a Notice when their Eventagram is sent. If you do not receive one, inspect your receipt and make sure you entered the proper delivery date and e-mail address.
What if I have problems opening or printing out an Eventagram? Thousands of Eventagrams have been opened and printed. Every so often a glitch can occur. If you are having issues, complications or questions about your order:
1. Check you Eventagram Receipt for the desired date of delivery. Eventagram deliveries are made prior to 2am on the date you requested.
2. Also double check your Eventagram Receipt to ensure you entered the correct addresses.
3. If you made an error on either of these, please contact info@eventagram.com
Tip - Can't find your Eventagram Receipt. Think back, you were directed to print out your receipt. If you did not receive a receipt you probally never completed your order and have not beened charged!
If you are having issues, complications or questions about printing out the eventagram:
1. Please read the directions on the eventagram Pick Up Zone Notice.
2. Remember each eventagram is a two sided document. The Wiz recommends you print out each side on a separate legal sized (8.5x14) sheet of white paper.
Tip: The better the quality of paper and the higher the quality of print the better rendition produced. Remember if you received your Notice of Eventagram you have it in your computer. Adjust your printer so you can print it out for display.
